Hand Tufted Indigo Batik 4ft X 6ft Carpet
Batik is a resist dye technique created by wax drawn patterns. The batik design is used in the Hmong (Southeast Asian ethnic group) household and predominantly worn as traditional clothing for both men and women. It is believed that not having a written language, the Hmong created symbols from their surroundings and these symbols are used throughout their batik designs. This hand tufted carpet has beautiful geometric designs similar to the batik print.
