Hand Knotted Charbagh 8ft X 10ft Carpet
The Mughals were renowned for creating exquisite gardens in the Persian Charbagh layout. These were rectangular or quadrangular gardens of fruit-laden trees, flowers, and shrubs weaved into symmetrical patterns quartered by waterways; fountains spraying water and cool shaded pavilions to sit under. The Charbaghs were meant to be a reminder of the Garden of Eden(paradise). This hand-knotted Erased Ancestry carpet is a tribute to this Mughal Architectural marvel.
